Trash to Trade Competition

In 2018, we organised the Trash to Trade competition, a community initiative that encouraged everyone to give up-cycling a try. In conjunction with participating local business associations, Grey Lynn 2030 was working with sustainable businesses and schools to encourage people to upcycle items which would normally end up in landfill.

The project was about moving from discarded to desirable, merging business waste, creativity, business start-ups and upcycling.
