Have a coffee for Oxfam- May 15th

While we here in Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Westmere, live in the heart of coffee culture, millions of coffee growers in the developing world are struggling to earn a living. You can make a difference while having your coffee and learn more about Fair Trade.  Oxfam run this event and this is what they sent us.

Take part in Oxfam’s Biggest Coffee Break and help fight poverty – one cup at a time.

Last year over 7,000 people – from Gore to Kaitaia – took part in Oxfam’s Biggest Coffee Break 2008, raising awareness and money to help struggling growers to work their way out of poverty.
